Zurich, October 27 2022 - Sundust plans to expand its solar portfolio in the first half of 2023. Solar projects totaling approximately 800 kWp are in advanced planning stages. Through the planned expansion, we will continue to support our partners with innovative financing and operating solutions for industrial rooftop solar installations. To finance the expansion, Sundust is planning to issue new shares and increase its capital for the first time. First investor commitments have been received, additional investors are in due diligence. Solar projects of 680 kWp, which were confirmed and started in the second half of 2022, are currently being installed and will become operational in the next months.
